BradWilkesRacing: STARS have just announced that Cro Sawatari, who is replacing Makina Irisu this weekend in the 29, will be required to qualify for the race. 31st in points Ruby Kurosawa will be given the 30th points spot in the main race, and will not be required to qualify for the race.

JBranch3: Just going to call BS on the penalty when I was forced by someone trying too hard.

TsundereTomato: I wanted to be here so bad and we ran horrible for the majority of the race, backing into a top 10. Really hard to keep confidence when you run bad and only get decent finishes because of luck.

BradWilkesRacing: STARS LIS history was set today. Every car that started the race also made it to the finish. Daniel Leckliter has earned the "honor" of being the first driver to actually finish the race and finish last.

BenAtkins27: @BradWilkesRacing That's pretty insane considering some drivers were trying not to finish the race today.

BenAtkins27: @JBranch3 I really enjoyed the track personally. I understand the µ's guys had a tough day but I thought the battle at the end with you and @BlackRose was a blast!

JBranch3: Also just heard from the grapevine that the plan is to remove downforce from Indy, we definitely needed to address splitting the field up, carrying way too much speed through the corners and too many people have gotten hurt in the last 5 years there. Draft will still play a role, but we won't be crammed up in a pack early on.

OharaRacing: No idea what happened to @MurasakiNinNin at the end of the race, but a win is a win! We got the strategy right today and chipped away at it and got our reward.

MartinWinterReport: Atkins good but better drivers coming up. Think he needs to step aside and let a younger driver take the wheel. A whole year without a win is a sign.

BradWilkesRacing: @MartinWinterReport ... Were you watching the same race I was?!? Atkins was immense today and has been all season. Started 27th and finished 3rd on a tight as hell road course, and made some awesome passes in the end stint of the run. Think he can easily win 5 before the season is done.

BenAtkins27: Really wanted to get to the end of that pack and get myself a P4 finish. Ended up with a P3 finish, so I'm VERY pleased with how today turned out. Drove my ass off. Not ready to retire. Ready to win a damn race, though!

STARStvN: "StvN: So, two times you've made the final four, this season you've been hanging around the top 10 in points so far. What's missing?" "Maki: Speed, luck and a win. You look at Atkins, he may not have a win but he's fast every week. When we're fast, we fall off at the end, when we have luck it's only good enough for a top 10 or it's bad luck and we're getting crashed/blowing up."

STARStvN: "StvN: Life with Nico Yazawa Nishikino, what's it like?" "Maki: Hell on earth, but for some reason, I enjoy the chaos of being with her." "StvN: You talked retirement when you finally capture the title, do you think you'd still feel that way when that moment arrives? I mean, you're only 23 after all" "Maki: I really think so. Racing is fun, being a School Idol was fun, but I feel like my roll here was to kickstart the team by being an owner/driver and then settle into just being the owner, but I want to do that on my terms and those terms involve being a champion."

STARStvN: "StvN: So you just mentioned it, you're a former school Idol, of the legendary µ's, you're very talented at music and you seem pretty darn good behind the wheel of the racecar. What can't you do?" "Maki: You make it seem like I'm born with a talent for everything, haha. I don't know, I like racing I guess? As far as music goes, it's all I've ever known since I was a little girl."

MatsuuraDolphin: After our great 1-2 finish at OSS, what a damn fun race Auto Club was! Even despite the incident with the 30 truck, coming back to close to winning and avoiding all the other carnage made it lots of fun to be part of.

BradWilkesRacing: BREAKING NEWS - Makina Irisu has been fired with immediate affect from McBrien Racing. Irisu was recently docked 75 points and suspended for another week after an incident with Bailey Bliss at Auto Club.

BradWilkesRacing: Irisu allegedly did not leave McBrien with any friendly comments to make. It is rumoured that ATK Motorsports could snap her up to work with her close friend Amane Suou in the Trucks series.

BradWilkesRacing: No driver has been announced for the rest of the season, but Cro Sawatari is unavailable to race for the team at Oklahoma. Satou Medical truck driver Scarlett Sanders could be in the 29 car at Oklahoma while they sort a replacement full-time.

BradWilkesRacing: Speaking of ATK Motorsports, it is rumoured that other teams are looking at signing Kanon Matsubara, who may be leaving the team at the end of the season. ATK are allegedly looking to poach Sadie McDowell from McBrien for 2023. <link>
