Race #5 Gateway

Dillinger clearly doesn't main Mercy in Overwatch, because she showed none of it at Gateway!

The front row consisted of Ryan Matthews and Bradley Carlisle, that lasted all of two seconds as they raced off into turn 1. Matthews would grab the lead, only to lose it 3 laps later to Matilda Dillinger. After that? Well it was history. Dillinger would continuously run faster and faster and leave the field behind. The race, surprisingly went incident free despite some rough racing against the #6 of Matthews.

A late race charge from the 01, Hanamaru Tsushima was only good enough to warrant her 3rd despite having her rear tires lifted off the ground coming to checkered flag from the #2 of Ben Atkins. Nico Yazawa started the race in 18th and continuously clawed her way to a 5th place finish. Even though Dillinger makes the 5th different winner of the season, she is seeded 4th in the standings, bumping Eldora winner Ricardo Guerrero to 5th.
